Here at Crossroads Veterinary Hospice for after-hour emergency and urgent care, we recommend the following clinics.
Emergency
At any time, if your pet is experiencing a crisis please call/proceed to your closest veterinary emergency/urgent care facility. We recommend the following things to keep in mind:
- Have a plan ready
- Know where your closest facility is located
- Please realize that the veterinary industry as a whole is experiencing staffing shortages and/or an overflow of patient need
- Be aware that your first ER facility of choice could be at capacity and that you may need to choose a facility that can accommodate you
- Please call the facility before arrival to ensure they can accommodate your pet and/or alert them of your situation
