Everyone was wonderful, our veterinarian Kristin Kender was compassionate and professional. She made a very difficult experience bearable for us. I am so grateful for her and the Hospice who was able to help us in a timely fashion!! I highly recommend Crossroads!! Their follow up care is very much appreciated. We will miss our Bishop always!!
We lost our Bella of 15 years last week. Dr. Ellen and the staff were so kind, compassionate, and gentle to us and our Bella. I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful passing for her. Thank you for making our last moments with her comfortable and at home. I highly recommend Crossroads.
Both Dr Ellen and Dr Kristin have helped us with in-home goodbyes, and I can’t put together the right words of Thanks. Making a most painful decision as easy as possible with patience, extraordinary care, and compassion. I’ll never say goodbye to my pets any other way if I have a choice in it.

Highly recommend Dr. Kender and Crossroads. We couldn’t have asked for more kind, thoughtful and empathetic vet to help our boy cross the Rainbow Bridge. She provided great support and sympathy during a difficult time. It was peaceful to have her come to the house, in a place that was comfortable for everyone. Very compassionate in-home euthanasia. Our precious 14 yr old dog got to pass in his favorite place, peacefully without fear (didn’t like the vets office). Dr Kender was so very kind and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience on the most horrible day of our lives.
